Ognian Kostov started his sea going career as 3rd assistant engineer - with Okeanski Ribolov (Bulgarian Fishing Company) in 1985. From 1985 until 1989 he served as 3rd ans 2nd assistant engineer on board of various reefer vessels. From 1990 till 1993 he worked for Zodiac Shipping Co. as Second and First Assistant Engineer on board of bulk and OBO carriers.
From 1993 till 1997 he was Managing Director of Universal Surveys Ltd - Lloyd's Sub-agent at Varna. Since 1997 he has been managing partner of Fidelitas Ltd.

Biser Diveri started his surveyor's career in 1993 as cargo surveyor with Lloyd's Sub Agency in Varna. From the formation of Fidelitas Ltd in 1997 untill 2008 he was the Manager of Cargo Surveying and Claims Department.
Specialisation: cargo damage and claim settlement, property damage and risk assessment, CMR claims, P&l claims / crew claims.
  Capt. Plamen RUSEV
Manager Marine Surveys Department
Education: Higher Nautical, NavalAcademy-Varna
Qualifications: Master Ocean Going Vessels over 3000 GT, Average Adjuster
Capt. Plamen Rusev started his sea going career as cadet with Navibulgare in 1990. From 1993 until 2004 he worked for Navibulgare, Stamco Ship Management and P&O as watch keeping and chief officer onboard various types of ships including bulk carriers, general cargo and multi-purpose ships, container carriers, ro-ro, car carriers and passenger ships. In 2002 he joined Fidelitas Ltd. as staff surveyor and after obtaining his Master license in 2004, he left the sea career and became full time staff surveyor. In 2006 he passed successfully the training course and examinations and became Average adjuster at the Office of Average adjusters of the Bulgarian Chamberof Commerce and Industry.
  Petar VANGELOV
Manager Cargo & Non-marine Surveys Department
Education: University of Economics, Varna
Qualifications: MSc in Trade and Merchandise, Lloyd's Certificate of Cargo Surveying Proficiency
Petar Vangelov started his surveyor's career in 1990 as surveyor with the state owned company Bulgakontrola. From 1995 till 2004 he was Manager of Cargo Survey Dept of Universal Surveys Ltd. He joined Fidelitas team after the merge between Universal Surveys Ltd and Fidelitas Ltd in 2004.
Specialisation: cargo damage and claim settlement, airfreight cargo claims, CMR claims, freight container shipments, loss prevention, property damage and risk assessment.
  Vasil STOIMENOV
Manager Office Sofia
Education: University of Economics, Varna
Qualifications: Master of Science in Economics and Expert in International Economic Relations. Lloyd's Certificate of Cargo Surveying Proficiency
Vasil Stoimenov joined the Cargo Survey and Claims Department of Fidelitas Ltd. in 2004.
Since December 2006 Mr. Stoimenov has been the Manager of Fidelitas branch office Sofia.
Specialisation: cargo damage and claim settlement, airfreight cargo claims, CMR claims, freight container shipments, loss prevention surveys, property damage and risk assessment.
